2026 FedEx new rates have officially taken effect since January 5th, 2026.
FedEx has updated its shipping rates in Canada as part of its annual General Rate Increase (GRI), effective January 5, 2026. These updates apply to most FedEx Express, FedEx Ground and international shipping services.

A clear and predictable annual update
For 2026, FedEx announced an average rate increase of 5.9 %. As in previous years, this increase applies to base transportation rates and may vary depending on your shipment’s weight, size, destination and selected service.
