Canada Post has announced its latest round of postal updates, effective March 23, 2026, and the news is largely encouraging for most businesses. Lettermail continues with no changes, following the existing 2025 rate structure, which means your everyday mailing costs remain stable.

There is a small update to Personalized Mail™, with a very modest 1‑cent increase for Machineable Standard items, moving from $0.55 to $0.56.
