- Product Model Number
- Meter Serial Number
- Quadient Customer Number
- Call 1-800-636-7678 and follow the prompts for "Rate Change".
4. Submit an online support request:
- Sign in to MyQuadient
- Click the Help icon in the upper right corner
- Choose "Rate Change" as the topic
- Fill out the form and submit your inquiry
